Once gift vouchers are created, you can manage, check, and redeem them.
Viewing Issued Gift Vouchers
- In the left-hand menu, select List of Gift Vouchers.
- Here, you can see all issued vouchers, along with details about their creation date, validity, remaining balance, and redemption status.
- Use the filter to search for vouchers by date, status, or value.
Scanning and Redeeming a Gift Voucher
- Click on the top right scan icon and ask the gust to prepare the Gift Voucher code they want to redeem.
- Scan the QR code of the Gift Voucher with a mobile phone.
- After a successful scan, the system will automatically tell the amount you want to deduct from the bill, you could also redeem only part of the Gift Voucher, if enabled.
Checking the details of the Gift Voucher
- To get the Gift Voucher details (description, validity), click on the line.
- The dropdown will show you all the information about the Gift Voucher, with all information: (i) Customer Information, Contact details, Customer ID and Order information.

Q1: How can I check if a voucher has been used?
In the List of Gift Vouchers, check the remaining balance and the Redeemed value status.
Q2: Can I see the details of the transaction of the existing gift voucher?
Yes, click it on the order ID and the sistem will take you to the transaction with which the Gift Voucher was purchased.
Q3: How do I filter vouchers by status?
Click on the status filter in the List of Gift Vouchers and select the statuses you want to view (e.g., Activated, Confirmed, Expired) and choose the desired time frame.
