Navigating the List View

The List View Module provides a structured, table-based display of reservations, making it easy to search, filter, and export booking details. This module is especially useful for managers and staff who need a quick overview of all reservations in a simplified format. Each row represents a booking.


1. Tabular Overview of Reservations

  • Displays key details such as:
    • Created Date (when the booking was made).
    • Reservation Date & Time.
    • Status (e.g., Booked, Arrived).
    • Number of Guests.
    • Customer Name & Verification Code.
    • Assigned Table & Service Area.
  • The Edit icon (✏️) allows modifying reservations directly.
  • Switching between views
  • To view all reservations created on a specific date, click on the second icon. The system will sort the reservations based on their creation date.
  • To return to the reservation date view, click on the first icon.

2. Filtering & Sorting Options

  • Reservations can be filtered by:
    • Service Area (e.g., Restaurant, Terrasse, Grill).
    • Event Type.
    • Booking Status (Arrived, No-show, Canceled, etc.).
    • Offline vs. Online bookings.
  • Sorting is available by hour, status, event, or service area for better organization.

3. Grouping & Searching

  • Group by:
    • Hour (sorts reservations by time).
    • Status (sorts reservations based on arrival, bookings, cancellations, etc.).
    • Events (groups reservations related to specific events).
    • Service Areas (e.g., Restaurant, Grill, etc.).
  • Search Bar enables quick lookup of reservations based on customer names, codes, or other details.

4. Export & Download Functionality

  • Users can export the reservation data as an Excel file.
  • The exported file contains structured booking details, making it useful if you want to use the printed ofline track of bookings or manual reporting and tracking.

5. Close the bookings for the day

  • If you want you can close the bookings immediately.
  • This can be done with simple click on the second icon and confirming it.

6. Export reservation data to Excel

  • Export all reservation data
  • Export only food orders for the kitchen

The other functions scan and menu are used in advanced features (like events and menus,..).
