Walk-ins are guests who arrive without a prior reservation. Adding them to the system helps manage table usage, track guest counts, and streamline service.
How to Add a Walk In Guest

- Open the Time Table View
- In the left-hand menu, select Bookings > Time Table.
- Select a Table and Time Slot
- On the timeline, double-click or drag across the desired time slot on the selected table row.
- The system will automatically open the booking form.
- Inside the form, click the Walk-in button (on top right).

The system will automatically prefill the date and time based on your selection, along with the table and number of guests according to the table’s settings. The reservation will appear on the timeline with a green label, indicating that the walk-in guest has already arrived.

Q: Do I need an email to register a walk-in?
No. Walk-ins can be added without entering an email, unless you want to save them for follow-up.
Q: Can I assign multiple tables to walk-ins?
Yes, the process is the same as for standard bookings. Select multiple tables in the left menu and assign booking to them.
Q: Can I edit or move a walk-in booking later?
Yes, just drag the booking block to a new time/table or click to edit the details.
