You can issue digital tickets for events such as wine tastings, live shows, or limited-seat dinners. Guests will receive an email and QR code (attached) in their confirmation email and present it upon arrival.

How to Enable Tickets

Steps:
- Go to Bookings → Events → Edit Event.
- Scroll down and tick the box Tickets available.
- Click Generate QR Code to copy the code or link.
- Share the link directly or let guests book via your usual link.
When a guest books an event, they receive a digital ticket with a scannable QR code in their email confirmation.
How to Scan and Check-In Tickets

Steps:
- Go to Event → Generate QR code/link for scanning tickets → Scan Ticket
- Use your tablet or phone to scan the QR code from the guest’s email.
- The system will confirm the booking (if enabled automatically) and mark the guest as checked in.
You can also search bookings manually in the system if the guest doesn’t have their code ready.
